The Social Media Automations You Need as an Entrepreneur

If you’re like most small business owners or side hustlers, you feel like you’re spending way too much time creating content for social media. (Get to know me better here!)

This pains me because other areas of your business (critical areas!) might be slowly starving to death while the hungry monster known as social media is never ever full.

There is no shame in that. I talk to many entrepreneurs who are functioning as their own and social media content creator who struggle.

But I have some tips to help you. Leverage software and tools instead of your own manpower.

Automations can make it seem like you have an administrative assistant around the clock.

Here are 3 must-have small business tools (combined with some helpful tips) to help automate your social media:

1. Canva. Don’t search for new templates every week. Find 5-7 that make you swoon. Brand them with your colors, font and logo. Use them on repeat. Keep it simple!

2. Later. It’s a social media scheduler that lets you create posts but schedule for later. Get it?! Later? And it plays SO well with Canva. Create posts in Canva and send it to Later with 1 click! I love for entrepreneurs. (Grab my link here!)

3. Once you start creating, don’t stop. Keep creating. Write your captions later on inside of ???? Later. It will even suggest hashtags & captions for you! Caption-writing will slow you down. Don’t let it. Create in Canva. Write the captions later.

4. Set up ManyChat. This is a MUST if you want to send links to people’s DM’s instead of saying “link in bio.” It takes just minutes to set up. I recommend you automate like links to your products, services, and freebies.

5. Zoom zoom. Use a timer. Race the clock. Stop overthinking it and trying to be perfect. Just create and zoom through it. Green means go!

???? Hold up though. ALL of this hinges on knowing what to post. And that only comes from the RIGHT kind of market research.
